Be authentic, be who you are

It takes courage to grow up and be who you really are. We embrace the culture of being who you are, as we’re serving other people for who they are. Its tiring to go to work just to be someone else, so in this organization, we encourage you to be yourself without fear being judged, because each of us is unique and we’re here to embrace our differences because it will make our world more colorful.


Always change & adapt

Change is inevitable, everyone is changing, human cells are changing, season is changing, time is changing, especially in a world with all the distractions & comparisons in it, everything is changing at rapid growth. In order to grow, you need to change and adapt to every situations in life. And the only result of change is either “good change” or “bad change”, so everyday you must choose either you want to grow good or bad.


Has a teachable heart

We value a teachable heart. Because we need to adapt and change all the time, so we always have to learn. Being teachable doesn’t mean you’re small or weak. It means you value your growth more so you give chance for yourself to get better. We measure our improvement by comparing ourselves to be better than yesterday, because when we grow better, we can work better, help other people better, and make the organization better. We also listen to understand. And we believe that we can learn from everyone despite who they are in life or work.


Trust each other

In our organization, trust is given, not earned. We must trust & believe each other in order to work together as a team towards our vision, mission & goal. Doesn’t matter what title/position that person has, even if that person is below you, we need to learn to give more trust to other people. It’s a first step to welcome growth in our life and in other people’s life.


Communicate with clarity

As long as there is communication, everything can be solved. We need to learn to communicate with clarity. People that expects without communication is wrong. We must communicate everything even though it may sound so hard or tough. Debate is good, is a good form of communication, as long as it leads to solution. Communication is a way of appreciating people, ourself and this organization. Keeping information/stop communicating is wrong, especially talking behind people’s back.


Working together as a team

If you want to go fast, walk alone. But if you want to go far, walk together. We value teamwork and togetherness towards our vision, mission and goals. We need to know that everyone matters and each one of us has our own contribution to the team, so if one causes problem, the whole team can get affected. Knowing this, we can ask ourselves are we going to be the person that lifts the team up, or bringing the team down? We’re all in this together.


Lead by example

Everyone in our organization can lead with example. Our action must be bigger than our talk. So before we ask someone to do the same, make sure that we’ve given an example first. Everyday we’re showing examples to other people, unconsciously, so it’s time to be intentional in everything we do because people can see and feel it.


Care & appreciate each other

We care and appreciate others as who they are, as another human being. Doesn’t matter their title/position, who they are, or what they’ve done to us. We choose to care and appreciate, as small as it is. A good example that shows caring and appreciation: saying “please” when asking for help, saying “thank you” after receiving help. We also care to other people, not just to customer or fellow teammates, but to everyone in our environment. We want to do good to the community and everyone around us.
